The University currently operates a Panasonic iPro system throughout the estate which falls into the scope of this tender. The components of the system are specified in Appendix A and Appendix B. In addition, Appendix E shows known future expansion of a further 40 cameras (precise model numbers not currently known).
The Panasonic iPro system is managed by IT Services and operated by the University Estates Department.
The contract will be for the period 1st August 2022 – 31st July 2025, with a possible extension of up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and by mutual agreement.
