Description

The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) requires the refurbishment of two (2) ablution sections within a residential hall at HMP Barlinnie.

A contractor will be required to carry out refurbishment of the building fabric to each ablutions section, replacement of the floor structural elements and substrate and installation of two dedicated shower pods to each area.

There is also requirement to bring one section of the ablutions up to date with accessibility requirements (BS8300).
