This post is part of the Programme devolving Social Security Benefits to Scotland which are being delivered by Social Security Scotland. This is a high-profile and exciting programme of work which has political, public and media interest.These posts are based in the Local Programme Management Support Teams (LPMST) which are part of the Programme Management Office but are embedded within the delivery teams they support in matrix management ways of working.As a Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of PPM support and functions across high profile and fast paced Service areas. You will lead a team of project support staff to deliver a range of functions including Planning, Risk and Issue Management, Change Control, Governance, Reporting, Assurance and Continuous Improvement activities.
