The Framework Agreement will be for the provision of mechanical and electrical services which will predominantly be for repairs, adaptations and maintenance to the Authority’s property assets. Smaller scale new build commissions may be considered, but within the confines of the contract value of 170,000GBP.
The consultants individual Work Packages issued under the Framework Agreement will generally be in the range of 5,000 - 100,000 GBP.
