Description The proposed works are:
-Replace the metal roof with an aluminium standing seam Roofing System.
Provide new gutters and downpipes which are part of the Roofing System. The Roofing System must have a PV option (may be included or added at a later date by others). The Roofing System must cover all timber facia, soffit and bargeboards etc with an impervious material to avoid future cyclical decoration. Ensure all rainwater outlets and below ground drainage is free flowing. The Roofing Systems must have a twenty-five year plus material and workmanship guarantee. Buyer
