Measured Term Contract for Control and prevention of Legionella within Dumfries and Galloway Council Public Buildings. Works will include and not be exhausted to monitoring temperatures, adjusting temperatures, Servicing TMVs, adjusting TMVs, Tank cleaning, risk assessments and reviews, asset identification, and the provision of a Web based reporting and recording system. The work identified shall be in accordance with the approved code of practice L8 Legionnaires disease - the control of bacteria in water systems.
Locations: Approximately 300 properties throughout Dumfries & Galloway.
Length of contract: Fixed Price for 3 with an option to extend by 2 further years extension , subject to satisfactory performance, budget availability and agreement by the parties.
