Further to the response to Question 9 regarding the applicability of the last sentence of Question 4, Transition of Contract, please note that the scope of the last sentence of Question 4, "Please also describe your arrangements for maintaining continuity of service on termination of your appointment to the Association" also encompasses future arrangements for maintaining continuity of service. It is therefore applicable to all Tenderers, not just the incumbents.
