The works comprise the demolition and total re-build of eight properties set in a terrace of nine properties, contained within a Council estate. The end dwelling (No. 135) remains in-situ and does not form part of this project, although temporary works (propping, services, etc.) are included.
The works include the full spectrum of services required in order to rebuild the properties to a new, modern and energy efficient standard together with associated site works and services.
