North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) is looking to engage with the market ahead of a potential contract opportunity for an Energy Consultant.
NAC are currently out to tender for the design and build of a Solar PV Farm at Nethermains, Kilwinning. It is currently estimated that construction will commence in summer 2022 with a 6-month duration.
NAC do not have an estimated start and end date however, it is anticipated NAC will require consultation advice before summer 2022.
