The works comprise taking down a section of the boundary wall to the rear car park which is damaged and leaning due to adjacent tree growth. Removal of tree roots. Forming a reinforced concrete footing and retaining stem. Rebuilding the wall with granite rubble (some salvaged) and lime mortar. Pointing and pinning repairs to other sections of boundary walls to the car park.
