Perth and Kinross Council (PKC) were seeking to appoint suitably experienced contractor to complete regulated Leachate and soil testing according to a strict schedule.PKC wants to create a contract to complete the testing cycle and produce results within clear and unambiguous reports which will then be used to inform mitigation both planned and reactive.
