Contracts have been awarded to subcontractors to meet the needs of the In-house Repairs Team. This is based on two strands, firstly, trades we require but have no internal resource and secondly, trades that supplement our internal resource.

Contracts have been awarded using Procurement for Housing's Dynamic Purchasing Systems for Compliance Services, Responsive & Voids and Capital Works. A mini-competition tender process was used to appoint contractors, based on each trade list above.
A maximum of three sub-contractors per trade/geographical area have been appointed. The four geographical areas within the Dumfries and Galloway region are Annandale & Eskdale, Nithsdale, Stewartry and Wigtownshire
