Description

The project is to enhance CRM by integration of MS Dynamics 365 Marketing functionality.CRM is used by ENU Recruitment. In principle, CRM is configured to support enquiry management, email marketing and event management. In practice, utilisation is low as data quality has declined and process has come to rely on external services and manual intervention.By integrating MDM the over-arching goal is to re-establish a unified solution and processes for all student recruitment activity.
