Description

Perth and Kinross Council wishes to commission an evaluation of a pilot Local Area Committee (LAC) established in autumn 2021 in Kinross-shire ward. The pilot will run for 12 months starting in January 2022. Evaluation of the pilot may potentially extend beyond the contract period for a further period of up to 12 months.The evaluation purpose is:To assess initial impact on local decision-making and community empowerment, and identify wider potential democratic, resource and structural implications for the Council.
