To provide civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering services to support the development of masterplan and concept proposals for a mixed-use town centre development incorporating a community hub.Specifically, the Council requires:•A review of existing ground and site investigations•Provision of preliminary recommendations to inform development of initial site options•Scoping and provision of supplementary GI/SI where required including reporting•Development of outline remediation strategy•Development of costed groundwork and platform proposalsThe consultant will work in collaboration with the Council and a masterplanning design team.
