A new benefit – SCA (Scottish Carer’s Assistance) – is to be delivered by Social Security Scotland.
A key requirement of SCA is the delivery of an online-channel for client benefit applications and associated processes. This channel may also be used for other planned or future benefits which require a digital application channel. The online channel solution will require system selection and 3rd party development.
