Orkney Islands Council (“the Authority”) has a requirement for a suitably experienced and qualified film maker to produce an AV presentation to tell the story of the main naval operations carried out from Scapa Flow during both World Wars for the new Scapa Flow Museum (“the Museum”) exhibition. As well as giving an account of specific events, the objective is to provide the broad strategic context of the war at sea during both conflicts, showing the critical role played by Scapa Flow.
