The purpose of this project is to Install immersion heaters in PSB North plantroom for Kitchen & Gym calorifiers for contingency purposes in the event of a mains heating/hot water failure. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the installation of external heating valves which supply PSB North and also Aberlour accommodation block. The Works require to be completed no later than the 31st March 2022.
