This project includes for the refurbishment and modernisation of a number of areas within the existing Gymnasium building at HMP Dumfries, including the changing areas, staff office and weights room, as part of a larger planned phased upgrade/refurbishment of the Gymnasium building. The works will include building alterations and upgrade/replacement of existing finishes, fixtures/fittings and associated Mechanical & Electrical services to modernise the existing facilities. The Works are programmed to commence early 2022.
