Housing and Technical Resources, Building Services, have an ongoing requirement for a back-up contractor to assist with the design and installation of domestic heating systems, including air source heating systems. This ranges from repairs heating replacements, natural gas fired heating system, boiler replacement, electric wet central heating, etc.
These works result from programmes such as, one off emergency replacements, where the systems identified by Housing Services to be non-economic to repair.
The backup sub-contractor will be utilised as and when required when support is deemed necessary by Building Services, who are the main contractor to Housing Services.
