SPS requires a Supplier to provide a new hardware platform to host their Cisco Collaboration estate. This system traditionally has been separate from the CUCM system, hosted on separate hardware, which is now end-of-life. The SPS requires this system to be upgraded to the latest suite of Meetings Products, replacing existing components as below. Cisco CMS Servers have already been procured for integration into the new system (Cisco Meeting Server 1000). The hardware required should have enough resources to host both the CUCM components on the system and host the meeting element of the system.
