Clackmannanshire Council seek to engage with an individual to provide professional advice into the development of a Well-Being Hub. This professional advice would centre on maximising the opportunity as outlined belowHelping to develop the strategy and plan to secure leveraged investment (through grants and direct investment) into the developmentSupporting the development of the strategic definition, options appraisal and design for the well-being hub through their own knowledge and expertise and by conducting desk-based research and horizon scanningWorking with stakeholders and networks locally, nationally and internationally to bring intelligence and insight into the forward plans and decision making within the projectConsider and develop options around operating models that maximise the Council’s commitment to new ownership models from Community Wealth BuildingEnsure that the project considers not just the opportunities from leisure but also the wider health and well-being opportunitiesConsiders how the capital build component of this project can contribute to the net zero targets of the CouncilConnects this development to the wider activity within the Alloa Transformation Zones and the Council’s Be the Future transformation programme
