The Fair Work Convention – an independent body with a remit to advise Scottish Ministers and advocate and promote fair work - wishes to commission a qualitative investigation into the pay and career progression experiences of women over 50 in Scotland. The commission calls for a series of qualitative interviews with women aged over 50 and with employers. The aim of the work is to provide the Fair Work Convention with a base of evidence built from the experiences of these interviewees.
