Renfrewshire Council requires a maintenance contractor to act on its behalf to provide both, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Servicing and Reactive Maintenance to fifteen (15) High Rise Buildings, nine (9) Sheltered Housing complexes and various other identified housing properties.
