The Consultant shall provide a full Project Management and Design Team Service to carry out a Feasibility study and Concept Design scoping the programme of construction and interpretative work required to deliver the vision described in Section 2.0.
Two key disciplines are required over and above the standard design team:
Exhibition or interpretative content designer
AV consultant
It is anticipated that the Consultant will validate and build on the technical studies, permissions and risk assessments carried out in the GB Re-imagined Feasibility Study where they are applicable.
The Feasibility Study & Concept Design will be developed to RIBA Plan of Work Stage 2 – Concept Design
