Having completed initial design to RIBA stage 3 concept design stage and now confirmed outstanding design/compliance information, there is now a requirement to develop this project to a RIBA stage 4 detailed design.
Works to include:
· Review and consolidate existing design principles – Option 1.
· Bring in a contractor/consultant to assist on technical design and planning phasing of works.
· Develop the design to RIBA stage 4 – Detailed design + full set of tender drawings
· Final design to be fully costed
· Project will not be tendered this financial year, woks planned 2023/24
