The objective of this ITT is to enable Scottish Canals to secure the services of a competent oil spill responder to ensure a robust Tier 2 emergency oil spill response, and associated services, with regards to the Scottish Canal network including the Statutory Harbour Authorities (SHAs) of Corpach and Ardrishaig, and Seaport Marina in Inverness.
