1.1 The overall aim of the service is to provide locally based Child centred family support designed around the needs of the Child and the Parent. This is in line with the principles of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995, to support Children with disabilities to be cared for by their families, using a range of services which are appropriate to the Child’s particular needs.
This procurement exercise has been conducted in accordance with Section 12 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (as amended) and Regulation 6 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 for a below the higher value Regulated Procurement Health and Social Care Services (formerly known as the EU Threshold)
