Description

Building on the work currently being carried out in a discovery and engagement phase for this project, the successful supplier will:•Develop a Leadership Success Profile for the Board CE role taking into account the insights and data from the discovery and engagement phase.•Continue to engage with senior leaders, stakeholders and other appropriate groups within wider public services to carry out robust user testing to support the development of the Leadership Success Profile.•Engage with senior stakeholders within SG and NHS build buy in to the Leadership Success Profile and ensure its success.•Produce a final report with recommendations for implementation of the Leadership Success Profile.
