The Poverty and Inequality Commission (PIC) wishes to commission research to improve understanding of the creation of “good jobs” in Scotland. The aim of this research is to strengthen the evidence base upon which the Commission makes its recommendations to the Scottish Government on good jobs, using the levers it has available to it, in order to reduce child poverty over an approximate 10 year time horizon.
