Description

The Into Headship programme aims to ensure aspirant head teachers are supported to develop and continue to build the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding required of senior leaders.The aim is to provide each participant of Cohort 7 of the Into Headship programme with a one-to-one coaching session delivered online by a Korn Ferry certified coach, detailing comprehensive feedback from the Korn Ferry Emotional and Social Competence Inventory (ESCI) tool.
