Description

The Scottish Government (SG) is seeking a supplier to draw together the findings from the separate evaluations of three phases of Scotland’s Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategies (LHEES) pilots, to produce an evaluation of the whole pilot programme. This evaluation should take into account the policy context as it evolved during the programme and review the pilot outputs in light of the current definition of LHEES as set out in the draft Heat in Buildings Strategy.
