The aims of this Stage 2 of the landscape review work remain consistent with those of Stage 1, which are as follows:•To establish greater clarity regarding partners’ existing roles and responsibilities, communications, levers of change and resources available – from local to regional to national level – in tackling scams in Scotland;•To evidence how partners work with one another – including how services are complementary – to promote coordination across the landscape so as to best support individuals at risk of, or who are victims of scams.
