The main objective of the contract will be to deliver contract compliance with both the Council’s Standing Orders and the wider procurement legislation.
The Council have a requirement to renew the current EDRMS contract for Benefits and Revenue Services which expires on the 31st March 2021. The Council currently use the Digital 360 Solution provided by Civica.
The current contract include the provision for Blue Badge Support, Benefit and Revenue Support, Paypoint Support and Licence Scanner Support.
