5 x Interim Technical Platform OwnerThe Technical Platform Owner (Senior Product Manager) is a technical delivery role responsible for the implementation, operations and management of a single product that is especially complex, high risk or sensitive or multiple priority components depending on scale / complexity which are vital to the overall technical architecture & design solution.The Technical Platform Owner will have, or will develop an detailed understanding of the current and future landscape for digital public services in Scotland, and provide direct support to the Platform Delivery Manager and Head of Technologies & Platforms in the form of developing, through the programme, the operational delivery of various vital technical services.Reporting to the Platform Delivery Manager, the Technical Platform Owner will be responsible for the evaluation, options appraisal, selection and delivery of common technical (shared) components as part of the overall technical architecture that will underpin the delivery of the programme and the Social Security Agency.Supporting the broader programme by engaging with Product Owners aligned to each of the devolved social security benefits and a wide range of stakeholders including technical architects, commercial & financial specialists.The role will focus on technical discovery which are required to support and deliver the overall digital solutions for Social Security, including but not limited to:•Document Management•Fraud & Error•Logging Monitoring & Alerting•Identity and Verification•Integration•MI & Reporting•Office Technology Services•Payments•Re-determination & Appeals•Telephony
