Award of HIE Landscaping Services - Lot 7 Western Isles

HIE hasn't received a suitable bid for Lot 7 Western Isles as part of its Landscaping Services tender exercise (original tender published on PCS on 12 February 2021). Therefore, this is a negotiated procedure without prior publication as per Regulations 33 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services: repair, maintenance and general upkeep of hard and soft landscaped areas incl. grass cutting and a preventative winter schedule for HIE’s commercial and HIE occupied property portfolio.
