The Association wishes to enter into a Measure Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with a single supplier who is suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Legal Services for the Service Areas detailed below. The MTCA for Legal Services will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at the Association’s discretion.
