Dumfries & Galloway Council are seeking interest from organisations who are able to provide a temporary accommodation with support service for young people who are homeless or threatened with homeless and care leavers leaving care in a planned transition. The age range will be primarily 18 to 26 but with the ability to house those between 16 and 18 should the need arise.
We are looking for interest from providers who can supply nine self-contained unit development with additional communal areas in which supported living can be provided with support staff onsite. One unit of accommodation will be reserved as emergency out of hours accommodation for young people contacting the Council’s homeless out of hours service.
The development will be within Dumfries.
