The locking system at various Purchaser Establishments use PLC equipment to control the locks throughout the Establishment. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software is then used to operate the PLCs. SCADA software also displays information from the PLCs (such as status of the locks and doors).This contract is for the provision of spare equipment for each Establishment to reduce downtime in case of failure of existing equipment.
