Award of Lochmaddy Pier Improvement Programme Enabling Works Package 3

Enabling works in relation to the Lochmaddy Pier Improvement Project. The works consist of: -- Asbestos removal at buildings- Demolition of buildings- Lowering of hillside and road for services diversions- Excavation of trenches and backfilling for SSE cable diversions- Lowering of BT Fibre duct- Water main diversion- Levelling of area of hillside for temporary reinstatement of marine facilities buildings- Provision of temporary marina facilities buildings, bin store and gas store, including services connections for water and electricity supply- Completion of east car park extension swale, drainage and rip rap to north shore
