Award of Construction Works HP/0173A/21-22

The works are being carried out to the existing May Court and Gunnet Court. The tenants will remain in the buildings throughout the works. There are internal works to be carried out during which the tenants will vacate their properties and return to them on a daily basis, utilising an on-site unit (2nr) set up by the Contractor during the day. The building is to remain fully functionable throughout the works. The works include for preparation of the existing external walls ready for a new EWI system, along with a new roof, windows, doors, soffits to walkways and new ceilings finishes internally, along with associated mechanical and electrical works.
