Delivery Train Manager x 2 based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, currently working from home.Main duties include:•Support the strategic development and implementation of Agile Release Train (ART) principles within the programme•Support the ongoing live delivery of the programme work streams within these ART across multiple work streams•Minimise any negative impacts on delivery teams through ART rollout•Support Agile teams in the delivery of the ART features/components•Coaching team members across the ART to ensure principles are known, understood and the transition to ART is consistent across the programme•Develop communications plan to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels across the programme•Ensure risk and escalation processes are in place to support the ART•Oversee governance and run appropriate ART forums/sessions (i.e. scrum of scrums, PI planning)•Provide input to the ongoing development of the Value Stream
