Due to the increased usage during the COVID-19 restrictions it has been identified there is insufficient cycle and scooter parking at several schools in Perth & Kinross. This may have discouraged people from cycling or scooting as no facilities exist to safely park their bikes or scooters. This has led to users chaining bikes to other street furniture, blocking footpaths and creating physical distancing issues.Perth and Kinross Council are seeking a suitable supplier to provide, deliver and install cycle and scooter parking at 3 Primary Schools in Perth & Kinross area.
