1.4 The Moray Growth Deal Housing Mix Board wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to secure detailed planning permission for a Phase 1 development of affordable housing, serviced plots for private/self-build homes and serviced plots for an housing innovation project. Alongside an indicative layout for the remainder of the site and provision of necessary infrastructure to enable this area to be unlocked for private housing. In addition to securing planning permission for the Dallas Dhu site the Design Team will be required to design a new range of contemporary and traditional house types suitable for use at Dallas Dhu as well as use at other MGD housing mix locations including the Buckie coastal towns and villages and Speyside.
