The Moray Council wish to redevelop and enhance Cooper Park in Elgin to create a destination park, introducing a range of new recreational uses, maximising opportunities for health and wellbeing, while respecting the outstanding heritage in and around the park.
The Moray Council wish to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to secure the necessary planning consents for three regenerative projects set out in section II.2.4 below. The team will be required to prepare and submit a design and costings for each element including associated infrastructure and landscaping, with supporting information and reports required for the planning application to ensure consent is granted. The team will be required to work with other consultants who are progressing other elements of the Cultural Quarter project, including attendance at 2 workshops in April and June.
