Description

The Scottish Government would like to appoint a supplier from the Framework for the Provision of Support and Analysis for Energy, Water and Environment Related Sectors to carry out research into the data requirements for local authorities and other practitioners to produce Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategies (LHEES) and recommend solutions for effective data management and sharing. This research will help inform the development of the draft LHEES methodology.
