The lead consultant, supported by a multi-disciplinary consultancy team, will be contracted to design and deliver the following four projects;
A) Front Zones Initiative
B) Street Play
C) Green Lungs
D) Create Hooks into District & City
Each project will have an element of consultancy and an element of delivery:
Consultancy: to be developed through engagement with the local community, in collaboration with the client and in consultation with relevant stakeholders. The appointed consultant is encouraged to make submissions of methodology that will achieve the project outcomes creatively.
Delivery: project manage and deliver the project developed in the consultancy phase.
