Description

The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership have a requirement for Older Adults Homebased Support. In the City of Edinburgh, we deliver up to 50,000 hours per week of homebased care under current contractual arrangements for "care at home" services. The purpose of this PIN is to engage with the market to re-design a service which will meet growing demand in a sustainable, outcome focused and viable way.
