Description

1 x Product Coordinator based in Edinburgh or GlasgowThis vacancy is within the Social Security Programme in the Common Components team. Beneficial if candidates have previous experience in or around the implementation of a Multi-Channel Contact Centre and Back office Telephony Solution.As a Product Coordinator, you will work with Product Owners or Technical Platform Owners in an Agile project management framework. You will support them to maintain plans, processes, progress and reporting for the delivery of individual social security benefits and/or supporting technology platforms.
