The requirement is to purchase subscriptions for the Articulate 360 Storyline e-learning authoring tool. The software is used to produce e-learning content which is compatible with the Council’s e-learning platform and which has additional functionality compared with Brightwave’s proprietary tools. Articulate was used to develop content on behalf of COSLA for Job Evaluation content which could be used by all councils (not limited to those using the Brightwave learning platform).
